Holiday To Do List
I usually have a million things I want to do and try at any given time, which then turns into scrambling to do two of those things before my chance is over. So this is my holiday to-do list before it's December 23rd and I have to try and cram every wannabe tradition into 72 hours. Turn off all the lights, but the Christmas tree and drink hot chocolate. Possibly cry as I am overcome with nostalgia or the nostalgia that I know will come when my kids are older. Make sugar cookies. With royal icing because it's the prettiest. An hour and half later curse royal icing and sugar cookie cutouts because I know I have 2 more hours left until I'm done. But at least they're super pretty! Go see some Christmas lights. Bundle up and go to Zoo Lights or take the easy way out and drive around town???? Acts of service. To be determined. Have a few cups of my husband's special hot chocolate which is seriously just melted chocolate chips, whole milk, and heavy cream. C...
